The Service is therefore not an "electronic commerce entity" engaged in the sale of goods or services within the meaning of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. We do not collect payment, dispatch consignments, or accept returns.

Section 03

  • use the Service to mislead third parties into believing a real purchase has occurred.

Section 05

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Simulated tracking, ETAs, and delivery dates are illustrative and have no real-world effect.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed ₹1,000 (Indian Rupees one thousand).

Section 09

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
