Refund Policy.

Section 01
The short version
Blip is an experiential simulation. No payment is processed at checkout, and no product is shipped. As a result, there is nothing to refund.
Section 02
If you were charged anyway
You shouldn't be. If a real charge appears on your statement that references "Blip", it is unrelated to this Service or fraudulent. Dispute the transaction with your bank immediately and email us at support@blip.example with the transaction reference so we can investigate.
Section 03
Cancelling a simulated order
You can cancel any simulated order from the Orders page while it is still in the "Processing" stage. Once it reaches "Shipped" it is locked, because part of the experience is committing to the bit.
Section 04
Deleting your data
To erase simulated order history and your account, email privacy@blip.example. See the Privacy Policy for the full process and timelines.
Section 05
Grievance contact
For unresolved concerns: Grievance Officer, Blip — grievance@blip.example. Complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days.
