Section 01
What we ship
Nothing. Blip is an end-to-end commerce simulation. The cart, checkout, and order tracking flows exist to deliver the dopamine of a purchase without the carbon, cost, or clutter of one.
Section 02
Tracking stages
Every simulated order moves through five stages on a randomised schedule:
- Placed — immediately after checkout.
- Processing — a believable wait while the imaginary warehouse picks your imaginary item.
- Shipped — when a non-existent courier accepts a non-existent parcel.
- Out for delivery — purely theatrical.
- Delivered — and then it's done. There is no parcel at your door.
Section 03
Delivery times & addresses
Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are illustrative. The shipping address you enter is stored against your simulated order for realism and never used to send physical goods. See the Privacy Policy for how this data is handled.
Section 04
International orders
Blip is available worldwide because there is nothing to clear customs. No duties, no taxes, no surprises at the door.
Section 05
Lost, damaged, or missing parcels
By definition, every Blip parcel is missing. This is the intended behaviour. If you would like the feeling of contacting customer service about it anyway, email support@blip.example and we will respond in character.
